Town facilities

Marion Bay has a General Store/Cafe (7 days) with general goods, canned and packaged foods, a small supply of fruit and vegetables, takeaway meals, fuel and scuba refills. Marion Bay Tavern (opened July 2000) has modern Australian cuisine and fresh seafood in a contemporary setting, and sea views. There is a jetty, and concrete boat ramp. Fishing and diving charters are available.

Marion Bay is on the boundary of Innes National Park. Stenhouse Bay in the national park has a similar range of facilities.
